立式淬火炉表面淬火只对工件的表面或部分表面进行热处理，所以只改变表层的组织,而心部或其它部分的组织仍保留原来的低硬度、高塑性和高韧性的性能. 这样工件截面上由于组织不同性能也就不同。表面淬火便于实现机械化、 自动化，质量稳定，变形小，热处理周期短，费用少，成本低。

立式淬火炉设备采用耐热不锈钢做风道,料架采用高速起升,3～6秒内进水池.炉盖电动推杆升降,严格密封，使工件材料与外界空气隔绝，在加热、保温过程中，炉内有高强对流风机，炉内形成强对流循环，促使炉温均匀，炉内各点温差可控制在1℃内，从而使退火材料获得均匀一致的物理机械性能。

Surface quenching is easy to achieve mechanization and automation. It is stable quality, small deformation, short heat treatment cycle, less expenses and low cost.

Vertical quenching furnace uses heat - resistant stainless steel for air duct, material rack is raised at high speed, only need 3-6 seconds to get into water channel. In the process of heating and heat preservation, there is a high strength convection fan in the furnace, and a strong convection circulation is formed in the furnace, which makes the furnace temperature uniform. The temperature difference of each point in the furnace can be controlled within 1℃, so that the anneal material can obtain uniform physical and mechanical properties.
